Personal Description

I see the audiovisual as a fundamental sector to the development of a country. It is a powerful field that has a huge economic, creative, citizen and symbolic dimensions. I believe that public policies are essentials to guarantee the achievement of these potentials. I am interested in how trade blocs can optimize these policies and be favorable to the member states.

As a researcher I published a book as a result of my master research about an integration proposal for the audiovisual sector in Brazil. I hold a Masters Degree in Public Policies for the Audiovisual Sector and an Undergraduate Degree in Image and Sound (UFSCar). Part of my research was developed in the Institut de Recherche sur le Cinéma et l’Audiovisuel (IRCAV) at Université Sorbonne Nouvelle Paris 3. As an audiovisual producer, I create projects and have coordinated the production of two TV series in documentary an animation format.
