Personal Description
My interests revolve around digital skills, digital inclusion and exclusion. I am particularly interested in understanding how digital and social media produce new ways of communicating and generate new forms of intimacies. I also find interesting to look at the usage of increasingly converged communication technologies and the impact that this usage has on the way interpersonal relationships are enacted and experienced.
I hold a Master Degree in Anthropology from the Catholic University of Leuven and a Master of Communication Sciences of the VUB. I have been working at SMIT since 2018 on IDEALiC, a project on e-inclusion for the Federal Government.
