Annelies Costers

Annelies is founder of The Kalepa Group a KU Leuven spin-off company & guest lecturer at several national and international (business) schools including KU Leuven, VUB, KEDGE Business School and IESEG School of Management. As a partner of The Kalepa Group, her goal is to inspire and help organizations implement a customer experience strategy in order for them to grow and improve themselves. At VUB, she assists in courses such as Strategic Marketing & Business Game.
