Personal Description

The impact that technology can have on people is a great inspiration to me. Particularly, how this can lead to a more sustainable world. I believe cities can be a great platform to create these sustainable actions. Therefore, I love to enable cities to become more sustainable by using technology. My domain knowledge is centered on Living Labs, innovation and business modelling. I am currently exploring the domain of behavioural change.

I supported several SMEs in developing their innovations and preparing them to go to the market,  since I joined SMIT in 2014. Now I am applying these experiences on smart city innovations and behavioural change, especially in the context of City of Things. I graduated as a master in business engineering in 2011 and obtained a second master in innovation management in 2013. I also lived abroad in Myanmar (Burma) for a year to set up the local department of a Flemish SME.
