I am a behavioural researcher and a big enthusiast of the intersection of social sciences and digital technologies. My particular interests revolve around behavioural change with the use of technological innovations. In the context of smart cities, I find it interesting to examine how the adoption of technological innovations affects citizen well-being by modifying behaviors with an impact both at the collective and the individual level.
I hold a Master Degree in Social and Behavioural Sciences from the University of Groningen (The Netherlands) and a Master Degree in Information and Communication Sciences from Tilburg University (The Netherlands). In May 2018, I joined imec-SMIT-VUB and I am involved in a project on behavior monitoring in a city context. In this project, I am researching and developing an urban citizenship profiling tool.
