Due to our sedentary and highly demanding society, we are more likely to experience physical and mental disorders. On the contrary, the current technological advances have a lot of potential to improve the healthcare system. The options for using technology in healthcare are infinite! Yet, the question remains how can we implement technology to improve someone’s actual individual wellbeing rather than solving the superficial problem? How to tailor technology to personal needs to make them more effective in improving health? My interest lies in understanding behavioural decision making and in optimizing technology to support personalized healthcare.
