Conference venue

The event takes place in the conference rooms of the Jacques Delors Building (Committee of the Regions; access and registration desk at rue Belliard 101).

The venue is within walking distance (25 minutes) from the Brussels city centre. The nearest metro station is "Maalbeek"; the nearest railway station "Brussel-Luxemburg / Bruxelles-Luxembourg". Participants arriving directly from the airport can take a taxi or the express bus (public buses from MIVB/STIB, lines 12 and 21) to the European District. Due to security check and registration, please schedule another 10-15 minutes to reach the various conference rooms.

As from 13:30h conference participants will be able to access the restaurant of the Committe of the Regions located in the same building.

Due to the number of registrations, it is highly recommended to be at the registration desk well in advance.

Please remind to bring with you an ID document as security measures are quite strict at the Committee of the Regions.
