| Ralf De Wolf holds a master in Sociology from the Universiteit Gent. In his master thesis he studied sexual minorities and the meaning of their sexual identity. He also completed a degree in teaching. He is now working as a PhD researcher in the research centre IBBT-SMIT at the Vrije Universiteit Brussel. His Phd in Communication Studies focuses on the social aspects of security and privacy for social networksites. Key issues are offline and online communities, virtual identity, and the practices of social network users. |
