Iris Jennes graduated in 2009 at Vrije Universiteit Brussel. Currently, she iworks on a PhD concerning digital television, convergence and advertising, from an economical and marketing perspective.

As a teaching assistant within the department of Communication studies, Iris supports various different classes  and counsels students with their Bachelorpapers.
