Matthias Barrie
Researcher
Matthias Barrie holds Masters Degrees in Communication Sciences (Ghent University, 2008) and Marketing Management (Vlerick Management School, 2009).
He joined SMIT in 2009. His research focus is on business modeling in the mobile communications sector. In current projects, Matthias is mainly looking at the effects of introducing wireless technologies (with an emphasis on spectrum sensing technology in particular) as a way to manage spectrum in a more efficient way.
